MILITARY CANCER

Like a giant and lethal parasite, the US MIC (miltary-industrial-complex), which also includes its powerful propaganda arm, the mainstream media, currently more than half of our published budget. To justify itself, and serve the agendas of the ruling caste of billionaires that really own America and its politicians, it manufactures threats and wars all over the planet. And this is not a secret: Many Americans are quite aware of this, but feel helpless to do anything about it. Call it the capitalist/imperialist disease: the ultimate form of cancer.Read More »

Covert British Military-Smear Machine Moving into US

by Max Blumenthal and Mark Ames

The (Orwellian-named) Integrity Initiative has mobilized an international disinformation campaign across Europe. Now, with government and right-wing foundation money, this massive “political smear unit” is infiltrating the US, report Max Blumenthal and Mark Ames.

Abombshell domestic spy scandal has been unfolding in Britain, after hacked internal communications exposed a covert U.K. state military-intelligence psychological warfare operation targeting its own citizens and political figures in allied NATO countries under the cover of fighting “Russian disinformation.”

The leaked documents revealed a secret network of spies, prominent journalists and think-tanks colluding under the umbrella of a group called “Integrity Initiative” to shape domestic opinion—and to smear political opponents of the right-wing Tory government, including the leader of the opposition Labour Party, Jeremy Corbin.Read More »
